Planning & environment law advice and litigation, across NSW.
Clear, practical guidance across planning and development, environmental compliance, and regulatory matters — based on the NSW Mid North Coast, acting for clients throughout the state.
ABOUTPractical advice. Statewide reach.
With a background as an environmental scientist working for a global engineering firm in oil and gas exploration, and having worked for a peak agricultural industry body and in-house for a major operator in land lease communities, holiday parks, and mixed-use caravan parks, Dean brings over 15 years' experience to planning and environment law matters.
Dean has practised as a planning and environment lawyer in private practice, as well as in-house — including deep experience in highly regulated industries, such as the waste and resource recovery sector. That mix of private practice and in-house experience gives clients something a purely private-practice background often can't: genuine commercial acumen, alongside the legal expertise, in navigating planning and environment issues.
Navigating planning and environment law can be complex — my job is to make your decisions easy.
